Rental prices for short-let properties include all bills except landline phone charges and everything is provided for you: you just need your suitcase.

What is a short-let property?
A short-let property is a property which is let for anything between one month and six months.
They are available at short notice and the term of the contract can be extended on a weekly or monthly contract, at the landlord’s discretion.
Why should I consider a short-let property?
A short-let is often a cheaper alternative to a hotel. It is certainly much more flexible and you have the option of extending your stay monthly or weekly at the landlords discretion.
Many tenants opt for short-lets as it is a much more comfortable option. You have more privacy than a hotel, you don’t have to tolerate the noise of other guests, you have more living space and you can come and go as you please.
A short-let really can be treated as a home from home. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase and everything else will be ready for you. The property will be fully furnished and the rental price you pay includes all your bills with the exception of landline phone charges.
