Surrey is regarded as an excellent commuter county for people still connected to the capital. Richmond, Oxshott, Weybridge, Dorking and Guildford, along with many other Surrey towns and villages can offer the London commuter quick and easy access to Central London - many towns and villages are within an hour’s commute – with some of the most appealing aspects of countryside living, particularly in The Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The county has also some of the most sought after private residential estates in the UK such as St George’s Hill in Weybridge and the Crown Estate in Oxshott, where newly built mansions have been designed to cater for the many international residents. Once again schooling is excellent with international schools in Cobham and Egham, Charterhouse, Cranleigh School, Epsom College and Caterham School to name but a few.
